Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) Spine and Thorax Seminar
April 25-27, 2008
Friday 6:30 - 9:30PM, Saturday - Sunday 9AM - 6PM
Grand Junction, Colorado

This training is meant to teach you to see, touch, and understand the truly magnificent role that the complex series of muscles we call "the back" is. At the end of the training, you will never see or treat the spine in the same way. Great training should transform your vision and your touch to new heights.

You will learn how to efficiently evaluate and treat patients with various types of back pain involving the lumbar and thoracic area. In order to accomplish this, you will learn to clearly identify anatomical landmarks necessary for great palpation, identify and treat the correct soft tissue structures that affect the stated pain pattern, and review how soft tissue restrictions are tied to movement and everyday complaints. The soft-tiffue components of conditions including range of motion limitations, scoliosis, and discs pathologies will be explored. We will also address problems of the SI joint, hip pathologies that masquerade as back pain, and red flags for treatment you may have missed. You will use what you learn immediately!
